Konstantin Stoikov ahead of EFA 2: a promise of a fight to remember against Tymur Brykov

Varna's Konstantin Stoikov is among the Bulgarian fighters on the EFA 2 card, which takes place on 3 October 2026 at ASICS Arena in Sofia. He will face Ukraine's Tymur Brykov at 77.1 kg.

Days before the gala, Stoikov spoke to Boec.bg. He makes no secret of his respect for his opponent, whom he describes as a well-prepared and intelligent fighter, and expects a hard bout. He pays special attention to Brykov's boxing background: "The Ukrainian comes from boxing and that is certainly one of his main weapons."

Stoikov comes off a long camp, part of which he spent abroad at one of the best gyms. He goes into the fight aiming to put on a show and makes a promise to the fans: "I promise to bring the crowd to its feet!"
